The Daman Incorporated Situational Assessment is a comprehensive service for data movement solutions that provides our clients with:
- A fast path to implementation of data conversion and interface solutions
- Independent appraisal of their current environment and data movement architecture and strategy
- A strategy and implementation approach for planned projects or more general infrastructure needs
A Highly Detailed Approach
Our approach is based on an intense, information-gathering process. We work closely with
the client to understand their needs at every level of the enterprise. The information-gathering process is then
followed by the prompt delivery of comprehensive recommendations, very specifically tailored to the needs of the
client. Our assessment includes:
- An off-site data gathering including completion of an initial survey document by the client
- A three to ten day on-site visit culminating in a presentation and discussion of findings.
- Within one week of the visit, a recommendations document listing strategies or tactics regarding the development of an infrastructure for the development of data conversions or interfaces or more specific documents recommending a specific data conversions or interfaces delivery effort.
