A Proven Methodology, Backed by Experienced Professionals

The Daman Incorporated enterprise integration methodology provides our clients with a solid approach to system and infrastructure delivery. We focus on a programmatic approach that delivers incremental benefit for incremental investment. Momentum is maintained without ever losing site of broad vision or specific strategy.

The methodology delivers on a well defined purpose and program by implementing projects in phases. These phases successfully yield specific deliverables through the specialized skills of experienced integration professionals.

Below, you will find a description of the phases defined by our methodology, as well as a description of some of the specialized roles created by the specific needs of the enterprise integration process.

Engagement Phases

Exploration Workshop
Examines the business and competitive drivers for the zero-latency project. Assures that proper attention to future business initiatives are appropriately part of the architecture and system strategy. Establishes the technical architecture for the zero-latency enterprise with integrated applications, operational data stores and analytical environments.

Strategic Architecture Development
Defines the strategic vision for managing and using your customer knowledge. Our Solution Architect and integration experts will work with your team to create a blueprint to phase-in the integration of your knowledge management systems and your operational systems. This is an iterative process and leverages Daman's Digital Network of Assets (Technology, Methods and Models).

Initial Deployment
A proof-of-concept to evaluate the business justification and return on investment for developing the architecture to "operationalize" your business intelligence, typically based on the first phase of the Strategic Architecture Development. Both Daman and the client agree on a reasonable client-specific strategy to be deployed or an operation to be optimized; and then develop a quick solution.

Implementation
Full implementation of the Strategic Architecture with Daman providing one of three types of teams:1. Advisory Team: Our solution architect and technical architect manage and set the team structure, QA measures as well as the implementation and deployment methodology and standards. They also provide overall project management. Mentor Team: The Daman team works side-by-side with your information technology team to deliver the solution and train your in-house staff to maintain and extend the solution. 3. Full Implementation Team: The Daman team is fully responsible for implementing and maintaining the entire solution.
