Technology

Daman's patented Business Rules Management System, is the command center for the Strategize-Act-Analyze (SAA) closed-loop deployment central to a ZLE infrastructure. This proven technology leverages industry standards to seamlessly integrate with corporate operational systems, allowing amongst other things, the identification and triggering of targeted events in real-time.

For example, rules based on customer profitability could be entered into the Business Rules Management System of a retail business. When a customer makes a purchase, or visits the retailer's web site, the point-of-sale system or web site performs a data exchange with the rules system. If the customer has exceeded a set purchase threshold, or value level, a pre-defined action—such as the issuance of a coupon—takes place at the time of sale. The possibilities of deploying infrastructures that support such real-time responsiveness are endless!
