ETI and Daman Consulting Announce ETI Solution® Support for PeopleSoft®
ETI•Accelerator for PeopleSoft HRMS speeds
implementation and enables enterprise integration

integrate data from across their enterprise into PeopleSoft's Human Resources Management System (HRMS) running
in ORACLE®

environments.
Working with ETI's flagship product, ETI Solution, the ETI?Acclerator for PeopleSoft HRMS ensures that data meets PeopleSoft's requirements for consistency and logic before it is loaded, cutting the time and cost involved in implementing the human resources management application. The announcement was made at the GartnerGroup Symposium/ITxpo, the IT industry's largest strategic executive conference, offering business leaders a look at "The Future of IT-Today."
ETI•Accelerator for PeopleSoft HRMS addresses the challenge faced by many PeopleSoft users: their data doesn't
meet HRMS's logical rules. If data does not meet the application's logic, HRMS will function improperly or even
fail, delaying implementation and increasing costs. ETI•Accelerator for PeopleSoft HRMS prevents this problem by
testing and validating data before it is loaded.
The business rules and data validation capabilities are provided by the Daman Business Rules Management System? (BRMS), the key component of the ETI?Accelerator for PeopleSoft HRMS. Developed by Daman Consulting, the BRMS automates data validation as part of the ETI Solution data integration process.
