Daman Consulting Launches New Enterprise Integration Practice

New Service Will Focus on "Operational Business Intelligence"

CHICAGO, IL—February 15, 2001— Daman Consulting, a pioneer in the Business Intelligence industry, today announced the launch of a new practice: Enterprise Integration. Led by CIO veteran Rob Bosch, Daman's EI group will focus on merging analytical and operational enterprise systems in virtual real-time. First coined by GartnerGroup more than two years ago, the term ZLE essentially refers to an enterprise that fully leverages its information assets in real-time to capitalize on market trends and fluctuations as they occur. Before joining Daman Consulting, Bosch served as Chief Information Officer for three companies: Consumer Credit Associates (an FDC subsidiary), Inmar Enterprises and NuEdge Systems. He also founded and managed a consulting practice at Sabre, working with clients such as NationsBank (now Bank of America), First Union, USWest (now Qwest), Cathay Airlines, American Airlines and others. The focus of his practice was on customer segmentation strategies, lifetime value modeling, and other solutions that "operationalized" customer intelligence
